Fitness.com Fitness Shop ... any other shoulder exercise 3x10 abs 3x20. Wednesdays i ALso do legs workouts squats 3x15 leg extensionis 3x15 leg curls 3x15. SATURDAYS i was told to take it for cardio 20 min on 3 different machines also intensive workout for abs so thats what it looks like reason for all the running is for the body fat percentage. is there any suggestions or changes ??? and one question about my diet they say consume more than you burn how do i know how ...
