Lower body workout. I squatted 185 lbs x 8, 4 sets of 205 lbs x 8, and 1 of 225 lbs x 3. I completely ran out of steam on the last set. Damn. But at least I got 225 on the bar for a few reps anyway. The back was complaining a little ...
