For the other exercise, whatever you may choose, I would do slightly lighter weight with reps of about 12-15 with slow negatives and faster powerful positives (as long as form stays tight)... Total of 8 working sets for Bis and 12 for Tris (20 in ) is a far better number, especially considering how much arms get ...
